In reply to <a href="https://mmabathotshivhase.com/dead-ends/#comment-46">moloko Manthata</a>.

Hey Moloko. I hope the lady stopped with the hair dryer when you asked her to. I don’t use a dryer on my hair nor any heat, instead I let my hair air dry in twists or braids so that it dries stretched. It takes longer to dry but it saves my hair. Don’t be scared, instead try to understand your hair and incorporate some healthy hair practices, unlearn bad habits you may have and replace them with healthy ones! Then you’ll start seeing an improvement in the look and feel of your hair. I also have fine hair so I’m mindful of how I handle it and what products I use. Your questions are loaded and deserving of entire blog posts. However, let me try to be brief here: heathy hair starts from the inside, although our genes determine texture and curl eating a diet rich in protein and good fats and omega 3 (e.g. fruits and veggies, avocados, olive oil, nuts) contributes to stronger hair! Oils like castor oil and olive oil are great for promoting healthy hair growth when applied to hair...Be mindful of the tools you use. Don’t use those that easily rip your hair out. Avoid heat - it causes hair to dry out and break easily. Let me end here for now 😘

I went to a salon to wash my natural hair. They treated it with custard and washed it off. Afterwards the lady used a hair dryer to dry my hair and I asked her not to. I see my hair is quite thin. Will I not loose my hair. I'm quite scared as it is very thin. How do I make it thicker?
